Learn More About Our Pet Care Services

We understand you might have questions when you are handing over your pet to a care center. Check out some of our FAQs below. Get in touch with our experts at Eagle Hill Pet Care for more information.
  • What can I bring?

You can bring anything for your pet, including his treats, toys, and his bed, that will make his/her stay with us feel like home. If he/she is on a special diet (Eagle Hill Pet Care feeds Pedigree Small Crunchy Bites dry dog food) or requires anything different than the Pedigree, please bring his/her food (this will eliminate any upset stomachs). You don’t need to bring any food bowls or water bowls. We provide these for you.

  • Do you play with the dogs and cats?

Yes. We do individual “playtime” for a small charge of $5.00 for 15 minutes of playtime or $7.50 for 30 minutes, which we usually split up into two 15 minute sessions per day.

Playtime consists of your dog being allowed into our large fenced in yard in beautiful weather or the large training room if the weather is terrible outside. We can play ball, fetch, or “cuddle up.”

*Please note that only your dog is played with a time, not multiple dogs (unless they are from the same home).

  • Is there someone there at night?

We live on the premises, so there is someone at hand at all times.

  • Do I need to let you know about any illnesses or medication?

Yes. Please point out to us if your pet is on any medication. Give the medicines to us when you check-in as all the medication is kept in reception along with the consumption details for each pet. There is a small charge each time medication is administered.  Please see the "rates" tab for pricing.

*Please note that insulin shots can only be given to dogs, not cats.
